5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel services by providing written notice.
One-time projects are non-refundable once design or development work has begun.
Recurring services must be canceled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
No partial refunds are provided for unused time on monthly services.

6. Third-Party Services

Dream Rocket Design may use or integrate third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, payment gateways). We are not liable for interruptions, errors, or damages caused by these third parties.

7. Service Delivery Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on client responsiveness and scope changes.
Delays in feedback or required assets may impact delivery dates.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dream Rocket Design is not liable for:

Loss of revenue, data, or profits due to service interruptions or delays.
Damages resulting from use or misuse of our services or third-party integrations.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages under any circumstances.
